The following options except for the Welcome Session are recurring services for a minimum of 12 weeks (3 months).
For month-to-month options or paid in fulls please contact my email or phone number.
In this introductory session, we start off with a 30-minute workout tailored to your fitness level and goals to make you feel good. Bodyweight exercises, strength training, or a mix of both, the focus is on making you feel comfortable while breaking a good sweat.
Next, we use the InBody scan, like a magic scale, to learn about your body composition. This helps us make a plan that fits you perfectly. Then, we answer a few easy questions about your health and exercise past to keep things safe and right for you.
Doing these things together builds the start of your fitness journey. It's not just about moving; it's about getting to know you to make a plan that works great for you.

In our 30-minute one-on-one workout, we start with lively warm-ups and cardio to get your energy up. The main workout is focused on strength training where it's all about nailing the right form. Workouts each week vary between Upper Body, Lower Body and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) or cardio circuits.
As we wrapped up, we ease into a cooldown with some chill stretches to boost flexibility and help those muscles recover. It is a short session, but it packs a lot of fitness information that helps you in the long run.
In these 30-minute sessions, you'll meet with me twice a week. This allows us to see results faster because now we can do an upper and lower body together which speeds up the process to make your fitness goals more achievable.
This is the most popular option as it is more affordable than training 3 times per week but is more beneficial than training just once a week.
Meeting with me 3 times per week is the most effective choice because the regular engagement ensures that your fitness routine stays on track, therefor reaching your goals faster. The 3 times a week schedule allows us to have an Upper Body, Lower Body, and Cardio Circuit day.
